Position Summary:

The Reception/Facilities Lead is the primary receptionist for Met Council’s main office, responsible for welcoming visitors, fielding inquiries, and answering and directing phone calls. The role supports facilities operations, including mail and package handling, supply management, conference room scheduling, and upkeep of common areas, working in coordination with the Facilities Assistant. Additionally, the Lead plays a key role in planning and setting up internal office events, ensuring that logistics and space needs at the main office are managed smoothly.

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 an hour.
