- Manage and schedule warehouse floor staff, drivers, and vehicles supporting NSLP
- Coordinate inbound deliveries and storage with our 3PL partner
- Use our Salesforce-based ERP, Market by Met Council, to track inventory, manage reports, and flag discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, warehouse safety, and NSLP/ NYS OGS and NYS Agriculture and Market requirements
- Troubleshoot operational, logistics, and systems issues as needed and weekly reporting on operational metrics (fulfillment, inventory accuracy, staffing) to leadership.
Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptionally strong problem-solving skills
- Strong people-management skills, with experience leading and supporting operational or warehouse staff

- Comfortable working hands-on in a technical system as part of daily operations
- Project management skills, including follow-up across departments and job titles
